Pharma & MedTech End-to-End Supply Chain Senior Manager
As a pivotal leader in our Operations Consulting practice, you will optimize supply chain operations and enhance end-to-end visibility and collaboration for Pharma & MedTech clients. Partnering closely with clients, you’ll analyze processes, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. This role demands influence, coaching, and sound judgment to solve complex problems while fostering high-performing, diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze client supply chain processes to identify improvement areas and develop strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to implement technology and data analytics for a connected, agile supply chain network.
- Guide teams in developing and executing operational strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Utilize supply chain management software to enhance visibility and collaboration across the supply chain.
- Manage budgetary and cost aspects of supply chain projects to reduce costs and increase responsiveness.
- Provide strategic input and coaching to teams to solve complex supply chain challenges.
- Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine supply chain strategies.
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain operations.
- Direct teams through complex and uncertain situations, maintaining composure and focus on project goals.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.

Pay
Salary range: $124,000 – $280,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and complies with applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
