The Opportunity

As a Pharma & MedTech End-to-End Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end supply chain optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyzing client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions
  • Collaborating with clients to implement technology and data analytics for a connected and agile supply chain network
  • Utilizing supply chain management software to enhance visibility and collaboration across the supply chain
  • Managing budgetary and cost management aspects of supply chain projects to reduce costs and increase responsiveness
  • Providing strategic input and coaching to teams to solve complex supply chain challenges
  • Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine supply chain strategies
  • Applying systems thinking to identify and address complex supply chain challenges
  • Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations, maintaining composure and focus on achieving project goals

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years of experience
