Pharma IT Project Manager (Hybrid - Bothell, WA)

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution within commercial manufacturing in pharmaceutical domain.
• Experienced in agile, waterfall & hybrid project management.
• Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned projects.
• Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals.
• Monitor and control schedule and financial health of their assigned programs and projects and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Plan and engage necessary resources across the enterprise to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
• Actively engage stakeholders and project managers of problem projects to assist with identifying corrective actions.
• Develop weekly & other project status reports per communication plan established by the program manager/delivery lead.

Requirements

• MUST have 8-10+ years of STRONG Program / Project management experience in the Pharma industry.
• MUST have 8-10+ years MS Project, SharePoint, Excel.
• 7+ Prior experiences in serialization/track & trace, or Manufacturing experience.
• Certified PMP or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is required.
• Understanding of manufacturing systems and processes.

Pay

$90- $92.85/hr.
