Pharma/Healthcare Sales Rep
About the role
Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales representative to join its growing National Sales force. Based in Cincinnati, Dayton and the surrounding area, this position offers the opportunity to expand skills and build a career in an expanding, learning-oriented organization.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales and promote the clinical and economic benefits of the product
- Build and maintain successful relationships with health care providers (HCPs) and staff
- Educate health care staffs about the company's products
- Identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on sales-related issues
- Develop and maintain successful business partnerships with targeted health care providers (HCPs) and staff within assigned geography
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to execute a specific and integrated action plan for assigned region to achieve defined territory and sales goals
- Clearly understand and implement sales and marketing goals to obtain sales objectives for assigned products
- Create consultative, solution-oriented business partnerships with clients by meeting regularly with appropriately targeted HCPs and staff within assigned geography to understand and discuss company products and how they can meet identified needs
Requirements
Qualified candidates must live within the assigned territory. No specific educational background or experience is required, but strong interpersonal skills, a passion for healthcare, and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales are essential.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience. Experience in the ADHD category is preferred but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are crucial.

Pay
