About the role

Join us as a PGT Finance Manager supporting the Supply BU for North America and their product growth teams (PGT), strategic initiatives, and market insights. This role reports to the Supply Finance Leader and serves as the primary finance partner to the PGT and Retail Operations Team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide market analysis and insights to product management and commercial teams to drive the best business decisions and outcomes
  • Work with FP&A and the PGT’s to develop strategic long-range plans (LRP) and investment strategy to drive accountability through execution to ensure achievement of planned return on investment
  • Partner with the product management team to provide product forecasts, report on product performance, providing insights into; price, margins, volume, and mix
  • Support the SIOP process through aligning market & business outlooks with input from product management, sales, and supply chain to optimize manufacturing planning and inventory levels
  • Responsible for inventory forecasting, accounting and costing for the retail network
  • Serve as the Finance lead for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting and analysis
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high employee engagement, solid execution of responsibilities, and continuous development
  • Perform frequent and complex ad hoc analytical assignments and assist in other finance functions and responsibilities as needed
  • Aid in the preparation of monthly/quarterly business unit (BU) reports like MORs and QBR presentations that highlight market, pricing, and other relevant insights to help achieve or exceed AOP

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in accounting or finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience within the Finance function of a publicly held global Corporation required
  • Excellent communicator with demonstrated influencing skills and the ability to build and leverage internal and external alliances with a high level of social and cultural sensitivity
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Collaborator with a strong ability to build relationships and instill confidence and trust with executive management and stakeholders
  • Experience leading teams in financial cycles, such as actuals, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Possess excellent organization and time management skills to be able to handle several assignments at one time and work in matrix organization
  • P21 or similar retail ERP solution experience a plus

Qualifications

  • Forward thinking mindset with proven ability to forecast & plan effectively
  • Understanding of performance drivers across the P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Effective presentation skills, which include the ability to explain and communicate forecast rationale, financial results, and opportunities in an understandable and actionable format
  • Strong collaborator who is highly effective working across organizations/functions
  • Strong interest & capability to advance analytics enabled work processes
  • Change leader with ability to lead transformation (particularly with respect to analytically enabling processes & reducing process complexity)
