Responsibilities
- Manage the BWW’s Brand Fund, Freight Fund, and Obsolete Inventory Fund and Sonic Brand Fund
- Develop a Price Levelization strategy that ensures costs are levelized across the entire network across multiple suppliers
- Audit cost savings generated by the BWW and Sonic Freight Fund and ensure revenue is collected in a timely manner and allocated across various cost categories
- Collaborate with the Brand teams and the Inspire Brands Accounting team ensuring the program is accomplishing its goals while maintaining compliance with accounting principles and standards
- Review Fund balances every month and develop strategies to adjust the fund components to recover any unexpected expenses
- Determine cost and revenue allocations for invoices and receipts
- Prepare monthly and quarterly budgets projecting revenue and expenses for the Accounting Team
- Track, audit, and pay supplier obsolete inventory expenses
- Conduct scenario planning for fund performance variances and collaborate on mitigation strategies with brand finance, operations, and accounting teams
- Baskin-Robbins Own budgeting and reporting process for Baskin International DFA tub standard
- Develop and advance monthly commodities and financial review for Baskin International costs
- Own and advance pricing analytics to ensure margin targets maintained as pricing changes
- Report on and manage Baskin Robbins obsolete inventory expenses
- Coordinate commodities forecast with Commodities Management team and translate into forecast inputs
- Present financial performance trends, pricing impacts, and fund risk assessments to senior leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, Brand Marketing, and Accounting to drive alignment on pricing strategy, supplier funding, and cost recovery mechanisms
Qualifications
- 4-Year degree in business, finance, accounting or related fields
- 5 years experience in a similar role in lieu of a 4-Year degree
- 2-5 years of experience in business, supply chain management, finance, or accounting
