• Sr PGO Contract Manager (Career Level):
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of contract language, Scope & Method of Payment, and enforcement practices.
  • Operates independently with a proactive and forward-looking approach to contractor performance and risk.
  • Serves as the single point of contact for assigned contracts and regions, providing expert guidance.
  • Led complex issue resolution, including problem identification, extent of condition, and solution development.
  • Drives consistency across regions through strong peer collaboration and communication.
  • Influences stakeholders and ensures alignment across business units.
• PGO Contract Manager (Entry Level):
  • Demonstrates foundational knowledge of contract terms and contract administration practices.
  • Executes assigned responsibilities with guidance while building proficiency.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serves as point of contact for assigned contracts and supports issue resolution.
  • Maintains accountability for contract compliance and contractor performance metrics.
  • Escalates complex issues appropriately and collaborates with senior team members.

Required/Basic Qualifications (PGO Contract Manager)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences or Engineering or Construction Management or Other Related Degree or Procurement and Contracts Management or Accounting
• 4 years related work experience
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree(s) AND 4 year(s) related work experience listed above, Associates AND 6 year(s) related work experience

Required/Basic Qualifications (Sr PGO Contract Manager)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences or Engineering or Construction Management or Other Related Degree or Procurement and Contracts Management or Accounting
• 6 years related work experience
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree(s) AND 6 year(s) related work experience listed above, Associates AND 8 year(s) related work experience

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
• In addition to desired degree, 4 years related work experience
