Team Leadership Responsibilities
- Aid team members in setting goals and prioritizing tasks to maximize output and ensure timely reimbursements for the hospital.
- Equip teams with necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
- Support teams in identifying and resolving issues that affect billing and collection processes.
- Empower team members to take ownership of their work and make decisions, fostering autonomy and independence.
- Create an environment where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas and concerns through open and honest communication.
Client Liaison Responsibilities
- Communicate team results to clients promptly and professionally.
- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Help resolve issues or conflicts between the client and SALUD in a fair and satisfactory manner.
- Regularly seek out and gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Compile data, information, and/or statistical reports as required or requested by the designated department.
- Collaborate with upstream revenue cycle departments to identify root causes for denials or rejections identified on the back end.
