About the Role
Diagnose, adjust, repair, maintain, or replace components applicable in the petroleum industry. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Service Manager and requires 10-50% travel. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm, with on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair fueling systems.
- Install, pipe, and wire petroleum fueling equipment.
- Program electronic fuel dispensers, monitoring equipment, and point of sale systems.
- Analyze electronic and mechanical issues and make correct repairs.
- Install new equipment, test operation, and adjust as necessary.
- Examine and listen to equipment, read inspection reports, and confer with customers to locate and diagnose malfunctions.
- Reassemble equipment following repair, test operation, and adjust as necessary.
- Test and replace electrical components and wiring.
- Repair or replace defective parts.
- Operate company vehicle.
- Record details of repairs made and parts used.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record is required.
- Must be able to pass DOT driving requirements.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hard hat, safety vest, and glasses when necessary.
- Will be trained to acquire state, OSHA, and individual equipment manufacturers certifications.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Gilbarco experience is a plus.

Pay
Starting wage: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
