• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families during difficult times.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in home health, palliative, and hospice care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in healthcare, social work, or related field preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug and fingerprint screening, and TB test.
• Passionate about providing compassionate care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
