About the role
Responsible for overseeing daily operations at a pet care facility, ensuring the safety and happiness of all pets under their care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pet care facility
- Ensure all pets are well-cared for and happy
- Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage during shifts
- Handle emergencies and conduct first aid as necessary
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in pet care or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
