This role offers outdoor, independent work where you’ll be the face of Northwest in your local community, helping protect homes, businesses, and families from pest problems. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lifelong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty by delivering excellent service.
• Manage your own termite service route, including day-to-day operations, time management, and customer account issues.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Address current and future customer needs, communicating regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
• Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.
• Uphold the NORTHWEST WAY, representing the company’s values and image with professionalism in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Physical Demands

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods, including travel between counties or service areas.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and other challenging environments.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.

Pay

Starting hourly pay: $17–$18.
