About the role

As a full-time Pest Control Technician, you will provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This is a production-based position with industry-leading earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Start your daily route, assessing and addressing pest issues in attics, crawl spaces, and other areas of residences or commercial properties.
• Identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions to devise personalized solutions.
• Maintain a calm, helpful demeanor to put customers at ease while explaining treatment plans.
• Collect service payments and answer customer questions with patience and professionalism.
• Ensure equipment and company vehicle are in proper operating condition at all times.
• Build lifelong client relationships by delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No prior experience necessary—we provide training for the right candidate.
