Pest Control Technician - Sentricon

About the Role

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Sentricon to deliver exceptional service to residential or commercial customers through the installation, inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of Sentricon termite bait station systems. This is a production-based position offering industry-leading earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Service and inspect customer Sentricon termite bait stations.
• Locate installed stations using a locator device.
• Inspect and record bait station condition and active or previous termite activity.
• Repair or replace damaged or missing components.
• Document service findings and provide reports to customers.
• Devise and describe personalized pest control solutions with a calm, helpful demeanor.
• Collect service payments from customers and address their questions patiently.
• Maintain equipment and company vehicle in proper operating condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No prior experience necessary—training provided for the right candidate.
