Pest Control Technician - Sentricon
Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician specializing in Sentricon to provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial pest control customers through proper installation, inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of Sentricon termite bait station systems. This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.
About the role
As a Pest Control Technician - Sentricon, you will:
- Service and inspect customer Sentricon termite bait stations
- Locate installed stations using a locator device
- Inspect and record bait station condition and active or previous termite activity
- Repair or replace damaged or missing components
- Document service findings and provide reports to customers
- Devise and describe personalized solutions with a calm, helpful demeanor
- Collect service payments from customers
- Maintain equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition
- Build lifelong client relationships through professionalism and excellence

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
