Pest Control Technician - Sentricon

About the Role

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician specializing in Sentricon systems to deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial customers. This production-based position offers industry-leading earning potential and includes a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, monitor, and maintain Sentricon termite bait station systems.
• Locate installed stations using a locator device.
• Inspect and record bait station condition, including active or previous termite activity.
• Repair or replace damaged or missing components.
• Document service findings and provide reports to customers.
• Develop and explain personalized pest control solutions to customers.
• Collect service payments and address customer questions with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain equipment and company vehicle in proper operating condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory licensing/certification exams.
• Willingness to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No prior experience necessary—training provided for the right candidate.
