About the role

As a Mosquito Pest Control Technician, you will provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial customers by treating targeted areas using product granules, backpack sprayer, blower, or motorized spray rig. This is a production-based position with industry-leading potential earnings.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough exterior inspections and evaluations of customer properties.
• Properly identify insects, pest activity, harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
• Determine the best course of service and devise personalized solutions.
• Maintain a calm, helpful demeanor to put customers at ease while describing solutions.
• Collect service payments and answer customer questions patiently.
• Keep equipment and company vehicle in proper operating condition.
• Build lifelong client relationships while demonstrating professionalism and excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No prior experience necessary—training provided for the right candidate.
