Pest Control Technician - Commercial

About the role

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Commercial Pest Control Technician to provide comprehensive service to commercial clients using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services to commercial properties, including offices, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing sites, and mixed-use facilities.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify pests, rodent issues, harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
• Apply IPM techniques to treat for and prevent pests, maintaining bait boxes, traps, and monitor boards.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are kept in good working order.
• Develop and communicate personalized solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Pass and maintain any state-required licensing/certification exams.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance and wear an approved Arrow uniform.
• Be available for a 40-hour work week and flexible scheduling based on customer needs.
