Pest Control Technician - Commercial

About the role

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Commercial Pest Control Technician to provide comprehensive service to commercial clients using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. The role involves providing protection against pests while maintaining a personalized approach to each customer's needs.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect properties to identify pests, harborage areas, and conducive conditions
• Apply IPM techniques to treat and prevent pest infestations
• Maintain and manage bait boxes, traps, and monitor boards
• Devise and explain personalized solutions to protect facilities and products from infestation
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are in proper operating condition

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Pass and maintain state-required licensing/certification exams
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Present a professional appearance and wear an approved Arrow uniform
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
• Able to pass internal technical exams
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Driver’s License
