Pest Control Technician - Commercial
About the role
Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Commercial Pest Control Technician to provide comprehensive service to commercial clients using an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM).
Responsibilities
- Provide pest control services to commercial properties such as offices, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing facilities, and mixed-use buildings.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address pest issues, including insects, rodents, and conducive conditions.
- Treat properties with expertise and problem-solving skills, maintaining bait boxes, traps, and monitor boards.
- Create personalized solutions for each client, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain professional appearance and equipment, adhering to a flexible schedule based on customer needs.
Requirements
- Pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Present a professional appearance while wearing an approved Arrow uniform.
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
- Able to pass internal technical exams.
- Possess a current Driver's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform.
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule depending on customer's service requirements.
