Pest Control Technician

About the role

As a full-time Pest Control Technician, you will provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This is a production-based position with industry-leading earning potential. You will drive a company vehicle and build lifelong client relationships while delivering professional, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties, including attics, crawl spaces, and other areas to identify pests, harborage sites, and conducive conditions.
• Assess pest problems and devise personalized solutions for customers.
• Maintain a calm, helpful demeanor to put customers at ease while explaining treatment plans.
• Collect service payments and address customer questions with patience and professionalism.
• Ensure equipment and company vehicle are in proper operating condition at all times.
• Uphold professionalism and a drive for excellence in all daily tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
