Pest Control Technician

About the role

This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings. The role involves providing pest control services using an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services using an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM).
• Search high and low by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
• Create lifelong client relationships by being recognized as a hero to our customers as you save them from pesky intruders.
• Devise and describe a personalized solution to each customer's pest issues.
• Collect service payments from customers and answer their questions patiently.
• Keep your equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No prior experience necessary. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
