Responsibilities
- Start daily routes to service residential or commercial customers
- Inspect attics, crawl spaces, and other areas to identify pests, harborage areas, and conducive conditions
- Assess problems and properly identify insects
- Devise and describe personalized pest control solutions with a calm, helpful demeanor
- Collect service payments from customers
- Answer customer questions patiently and thoroughly
- Maintain equipment and company vehicle in proper operating condition
- Build lifelong client relationships through professionalism and excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- No prior experience necessary; training provided for the right candidate
