Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lifelong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty by delivering excellent service.
- Manage the daily operations of your Universal Service Route, including time management and task completion.
- Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
- Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
- Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company equipment or driving a company vehicle.
- Uphold the NORTHWEST WAY by representing the company’s values and image with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary—comprehensive training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods.
- Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
