Pest Control Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
• Document pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
• Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
• Be the friendly face that customers trust to solve their problems.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in pest control is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• No experience: $18.00 per hour
• 1-2 years experience: $20.00 per hour
• 3+ years experience: $22.00 per hour
