Responsibilities

• A Day in the Life
• You'll enjoy a great balance of independence and building meaningful relationships.
• You'll take ownership of your route, providing top-tier service to customers while ensuring their unique pest control needs are met.
• Each of your visits will include preparing the specific materials for that customer's unique needs.
• You'll communicate your arrival and greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• You'll perform pest control services with care and thoroughness.
• You'll provide detailed notes on each service performed and offer recommendations for continued pest protection.
• You'll continue to the next customer with energy and focus.

Qualifications

• A positive, people-focused attitude.
• Desire for personal and professional growth.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Build positive relationships.
• Eagerness to learn and effectively communicate the value of our services to customers.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A valid driver's license and authorized to work in the US.

What will set you apart?

• Experience in manual labor, service routes, or outdoor work.
• Proven ability to connect with people through face-to-face service visits.
• Current pest control license or previous experience with pest control or pesticides.
• Desire to learn and develop as an individual and leader.
• An independent attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
