As a Seasonal Entry-Level Pest Control Technician, you'll do more than just handle pests—you'll build meaningful relationships, deliver top-tier customer service, and become an expert in an essential field. Responsibilities

• Visit customers, build trusting relationships, and provide solutions that keep homes and businesses pest-free.
• Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner and prepare customized treatments based on their unique pest control needs.
• Document services provided and offer tailored recommendations for long-term protection.
• Maintain efficiency between customers while staying focused and energized throughout the day.
• Analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action using safe servicing protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive, people-first attitude with a passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work outdoors doing manual labor.
• Willingness to learn pest activity analysis, customer communication, and safe product application.
• Must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Prior pest control experience or certification is preferred but not required.
