Responsibilities
- Visit customers to deliver expert pest control services in a professional, friendly manner.
- Prepare customized treatments based on each customer’s unique pest control needs.
- Document services provided and offer tailored recommendations for long-term protection.
- Maintain efficiency between customer visits while staying focused and energized.
- Analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action following servicing protocols.
- Apply products safely and adhere to all safety guidelines.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Positive, people-first attitude with a passion for building relationships.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work outdoors performing manual labor.
- Willingness to follow service routes and safety protocols.
- Desire to learn pest analysis, customer communication, and treatment application.
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.
Prior pest control experience or certification is preferred but not required.
