Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This is a production-based position with industry-leading potential earnings.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily pest control routes for residential or commercial customers.
- Inspect attics, crawl spaces, and other areas to identify pests, harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
- Develop and communicate personalized pest control solutions to customers.
- Maintain a calm, professional, and helpful demeanor to build lifelong client relationships.
- Collect service payments and address customer questions patiently.
- Ensure equipment and company vehicle are in proper operating condition.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- No prior experience necessary; training provided for the right candidate.
