About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Pest Control Technician to deliver exceptional service to residential or commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This is a production-based position with industry-leading earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Start your daily route, assessing and addressing pest issues in attics, crawl spaces, and other areas of residences or commercial properties.
• Identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions to devise personalized pest control solutions.
• Maintain a calm, helpful demeanor to put customers at ease while explaining solutions and answering questions.
• Collect service payments from customers and build lifelong client relationships.
• Ensure all equipment and company vehicle are kept in proper operating condition.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a drive for excellence in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No prior experience necessary—we provide training for the right candidate.
