About the role

Our Pest Control Service Technicians are experts in pest management, supported by regular training—including sessions with leading industry experts. You’ll drive a company vehicle, wear provided uniforms, and use state-of-the-art technology to deliver high-quality residential pest control. The role offers strong base pay plus commission opportunities for selling additional services.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control services for residential properties following established procedures
• Operate and maintain a service vehicle, hand tools, and power equipment
• Use smartphones, tablets, or route management software for directions and service orders
• Occasionally work in crawlspaces and attics
• Sell or recommend additional services to customers
• Follow a proven process to ensure high-quality pest control
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong job attendance
• Stay flexible throughout the workday to meet customer needs

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of pest control procedures (or willingness to learn)
• Experience operating hand tools and light equipment
• Good driving record with no DUIs or license loss in the past 5 years
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, or route management software
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable with excellent time management
• Willingness to follow training protocols and established procedures
• Positive attitude and history of good job attendance
• References may be requested

Compensation ranges from $19–$23 per hour.
