About the Role
Nuclear Pest Control is Chattanooga’s dedicated radon testing, mitigation, and monitoring company—locally owned and proudly powered by Omni Home Services. We are looking for a Sales & Operations Manager who can balance sales, field service, leadership, and daily operations while keeping the team aligned, efficient, and customer-focused. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their craft, believes in accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You’ll have the backing of Omni's full home-services network and the autonomy to build a strong, profitable, mission-driven radon division.

Responsibilities
- Sales & Growth
- Grow the business by building relationships with homeowners, agents, referral partners, and industry networks.
- Expand awareness of radon gas and its risks throughout the community.
- Drive revenue through inspections, estimates, and solution-based selling.
- Operations & Scheduling
- Coordinate job schedules, manage materials, and keep workflows efficient and organized.
- Maintain a full and profitable weekly calendar.
- Ensure all equipment, supplies, and testing devices are ready for field deployment.
- Field Service & Execution
- Perform and assist with radon testing, mitigation, and follow-up monitoring.
- Educate homeowners and agents on results, next steps, and long-term protection.
- Deliver consistent 5-star service from the first phone call to job completion.
- Leadership & Accountability
- Lead by example with high standards, positivity, and consistent execution.
- Track KPIs, performance metrics, job profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Omni leadership to develop systems, grow market presence, and elevate team performance.
Requirements
- Experienced in sales and/or home services (Pest Control, Inspections, HVAC, Roofing, Restoration, or similar).
- A strong communicator who follows through and thrives in a field-based leadership role.
- A balanced operator: part people-person, part problem-solver, part hands-on doer.
- Calm under pressure, organized, dependable, and committed to customer protection.

Pay
$50,000+ (base + commission + bonus)
Schedule
Monday–Friday, full-time (occasional networking events)
Location: Field-based in Chattanooga & surrounding areas
Service Area: Within the greater Chattanooga area
