We are looking for a Sales & Operations Manager who can balance sales, field service, leadership, and daily operations while keeping the team aligned, efficient, and customer-focused. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their craft, believes in accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You’ll have the backing of Omni's full home-services network and the autonomy to build a strong, profitable, mission-driven radon division.

Why Nuclear Pest Control

We are Chattanooga’s dedicated full-service pest control team, focused entirely on protecting homes, families, and businesses from the threats that impact their health, safety, and peace of mind. Our mission is simple: Protection. Protection for homes, for people, and for the future we’re all working toward. Here, you’ll have the right tools, the right mission, and a company that truly believes in the work being done.

  • Calm under pressure, organized, dependable, and committed to customer protection.
  • Motivated to grow within Omni’s expanding network of companies.
  • Proud to protect homes, health, and the peace of mind of every family you serve.
  • Flexible and adaptable—if you need every day to look the same, this probably isn’t your seat.
