About the Role
Join Terminix Service, Inc. as a full-time Pest Management Professional to manage an established pest control route. Responsibilities include selling services to new and current customers, scheduling appointments, conducting home inspections, and performing pest control services.
This flexible Monday–Friday daytime position offers unlimited commission-based earning potential, with an average income of $50,000 from commissions, incentives, and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Sell pest control services to new and existing customers
- Schedule service appointments
- Conduct thorough home inspections
- Perform pest control treatments
- Operate and maintain a company truck
- Work in various weather conditions and confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces)
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary—paid training provided
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols
- Physical ability to crawl and work in small, confined spaces
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to work in all types of weather
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Sales ability—previous sales experience is a plus
