Pest Management Professional

Terminix Service, Inc. of Summerville, SC is looking to hire a full-time Pest Management Professional to manage an established pest control route.

About the role

Sell services to both new and current customers, schedule appointments, conduct home inspections, and perform pest control services. This flexible Monday–Friday daytime position offers unlimited commission-based earning potential with an average income of $50,000 in commissions, incentives, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established pest control route
• Sell services to new and existing customers
• Schedule appointments
• Conduct home inspections
• Perform pest control services
• Operate and maintain a company truck
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
• Work outdoors in all types of weather

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols
• Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces
• Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Sales ability; previous sales experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented with a focus on building lasting relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and occasionally get dirty

Pay
