Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptance, onboarding, and new hire integration.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop recruiting strategies, define position requirements, and ensure job postings accurately reflect business needs, qualifications, and compensation.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking events, trade schools, workforce development organizations, and direct outreach.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all open requisitions across manufacturing, operations, administrative, and professional functions, including CNC Machinists, CNC Programmers, Assemblers, Production Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Inspectors, Warehouse and Shipping/Receiving personnel, Maintenance and Facilities staff, administrative personnel, professional-level positions, and other business support roles.
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, communication style, and alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates throughout the process, and support a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill manufacturing and technical positions.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation, paperwork completion, first-day logistics, and coordination with managers.
- Lead or coordinate structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day new hire check-ins to assess engagement, identify concerns, and support successful integration.
- Partner with managers to ensure completion of onboarding plans, training milestones, and required documentation.
- Monitor onboarding feedback and identify opportunities to improve the new hire experience, retention, and manager support.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates on key recruitment KPIs, including requisition volume, candidate pipeline health, time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer and offer acceptance rates, hiring activity, onboarding outcomes, and overall recruiting progress against hiring goals.
- Partner with HR leadership to make recommendations that improve attraction, onboarding, retention, and the overall employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and hiring practices.
- Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to develop and extend competitive, internally equitable employment offers; communicate offer details, address candidate questions, and coordinate approved negotiations through acceptance.
- Draft, review, post, refresh, and maintain job advertisements across the company’s applicant tracking system, external job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements, which may include background checks, drug screening, employment eligibility documentation, reference checks, and other position-specific requirements.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies and recruiting vendors, including position communication, candidate review, and adherence to company processes and approved terms.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Required: Three (3) to five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Preferred: Prior in-house recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial organization.
- Preferred: Experience recruiting for warehouse, assembly and test, skilled trades, technical manufacturing, and professional positions.
- Preferred: Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Preferred: Familiarity with California employment laws and compliant hiring practices.
Skills
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business correspondence, employment-related regulations, policies, procedures, and technical information.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, candidates, staffing agencies, educational institutions, and members of the public.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, operations leaders, HR partners, and employees at all organizational levels.

Compensation and benefits offered at Crissair are competitive and tailored to each candidate's qualifications and work location. Base hourly rate range is $82,000 - $92,000 per annum. Additional benefits include:

Pay
Base hourly rate range: Minimum $82,000 - Maximum $92,000 per annum.
