Minimum Qualifications
- Program and Policy Management: Advises on the SCI security program, implements and maintains policies from the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), DoD, and USAF. Develops, evaluates, and monitors procedures to protect SCI material.
- SCIF and Facilities Lifecycle: Manages all SCI facility and temporary secure working area (TSWA) validation proceedings. Generates concept validation, pre-construction, and accreditation packages. Prepares SCIF construction specifications and security alarm/reaction plans based on IC Directive 705 and DoDM 5105.
- Security Operations: Investigates SCI security infractions and prepares reports on findings. Devises risk-based, cost-effective physical security plans that minimize operational interference. Coordinates the selection and installation of intrusion detection systems and other security hardware.
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Top Secret Clearance
5 years hands-on personnel and information security experience out of the last 12 years.
At least 5 years of additional experience supporting Air Force and Special Operations Personnel and Information Security programs.
Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities;
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and office automation software including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
