About the role

Seeking a motivated and professional Personal Lines Sales Agent (Inside Sales) to join a team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong background in personal lines insurance. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads, guiding clients through the sales process, and maximizing cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and guide clients through the sales process
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and client information
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals
• Maintain a professional demeanor and take accountability for meeting performance targets

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
• 2-5 years of experience in personal lines sales
• Proficiency in AMS 360 software preferred
• Professional and polished communication skills
• Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually; Commission: 25% on revenue.
