Responsibilities
- Quote and bind personal lines policies from start to finish
- Provide customized insurance solutions based on client needs
- Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
- Maintain and exceed sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Educate customers on coverages, endorsements, and options
- Document activities in our CRM system
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in comparative raters and quoting platforms
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
