Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

Pyron Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support and serve individuals and families with their personal insurance needs. In this role, you'll become a trusted resource for clients by helping them navigate coverage decisions, policy changes, renewals, and everyday insurance questions. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with personal insurance clientsServe as a primary point of contact for policy servicing and account supportProcess policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other service requestsReview accounts and identify opportunities to improve client protectionAssist clients with coverage questions, billing concerns, and claims supportWork closely with Personal Risk Advisors and carrier partners to deliver excellent serviceMaintain accurate documentation and account recordsSupport retention, account growth, and client satisfaction initiatives What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentInsurance experience is helpful but not requiredProperty & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain one with agency support New to Insurance?
