Account Manager, Personal Lines Insurance

About the role

MMA provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals. As an Account Manager on the Personal Lines team, you'll manage private client accounts, meet production goals, mentor associates, and build relationships with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual production goals
• Manage and grow private client accounts
• Be a mentor to associates on your team
• Serve as an advisor and consultant to clients
• Show a good understanding of the marketplace
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners

Requirements

• Superb customer service skills and ability to work independently
• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• Self-starter with demonstrated resourcefulness
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry
• P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Skills

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Plus, but not required: Additional qualifications like legal work authorization, experience with other software, or leadership roles

Pay

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

Schedule

This position may be eligible for a hybrid schedule.
