Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop client relationships to become their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all insurance matters.
  • Review client exposures, loss experience, and current coverage to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed about market changes and adjusting their insurance programs as necessary.
  • Provide proactive client service by anticipating and addressing client needs.
  • Manage the renewal process to maximize retention and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through professional, timely, and accurate communication.
  • Work effectively both independently and collaboratively, utilizing internal resources such as assistants, accountants, marketers, and claims personnel.
  • Resolve complex service or coverage-related issues in partnership with team members and producers.
  • Maintain complete and accurate client and policy data within the EPIC system, following workflows and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Escalate internal and external service concerns to appropriate departments or management to prevent further client impact.

Education and Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of personal lines insurance experience, preferably with high net worth or private client clientele.
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay

The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. The actual placement within the range will be determined by a variety of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
