Job Description Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients, primarily focusing on personal lines insurance, including auto and home coverage. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the leadership and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the success of the agency. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, including auto and home insurance policies.Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Assist with policy changes, endorsements, and other administrative tasks related to personal lines accounts.Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain a high standard of service delivery.Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.Experience: Previous experience in personal lines insurance is required.Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.Soft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client accounts.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
