Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Claims Associate to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless claims processing and exceptional client service.

Hourly Rate: $30.22 - $35.71 (up to $74,000 annually, with potential for higher compensation based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain accurate claim files.
- Verify policy details and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Act as a liaison between clients and third-party companies to resolve claims-related issues.
- Monitor and update the status of claims, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Producers and Personal Lines Account Managers to provide updates on claims status.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage claims efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in personal lines claims; additional experience is highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
Ability to work onsite for the first 90 days, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
