Personal Lines - Business Analyst I-lll
About the Role
The Personal Lines Operations department is seeking a Business Analyst who will act as a liaison between the users of Diamond and the technical development teams. In this role, you will gather information from state-filed rules, rates, and forms; test and review existing workflows; interview internal end-users; and collaborate with development staff to develop solutions that maximize functionality while adhering to time and resource constraints. The PL Business Analyst develops requirement specifications, communicates them to the team, and serves as a Product Owner for Agile teams within the department.
Responsibilities
- Analyze state filing information to determine how changes should be incorporated into Diamond.
- Gather and document Personal Lines business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
- Work with the technical development team to determine timely, effective, and practical solutions to address customer needs.
Requirements
- Strong decision-making, logical thinking, and sound judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s Degree.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $55,000–$85,000 annually, determined by the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
