About the role
A growing, employee-focused insurance organization is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its collaborative team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals in a culture that values teamwork, accountability, and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of Commercial Lines business, including renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and day-to-day servicing
- Serve as a trusted resource for clients, providing proactive service and coverage guidance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders
- Support new business initiatives alongside Producers and Account Executives
- Review client exposures and assist in identifying appropriate coverage solutions
- Prepare and process policy documents, certificates of insurance, binders, and related documentation
- Assist with billing inquiries, account reconciliations, and payment follow-up
- Partner with carriers and team members to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License
- 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic is a plus
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Undergraduate degree preferred

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
