About the role

Personal Injury attorney for a very well established plaintiff's firm that is actively growing, handling litigation and trial work.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files as they progress toward settlement or trial
• Ensure clients understand the legal process they will undertake
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.

Requirements

• Member of the local state bar
• Degree from an accredited law school
• At least 3 years of personal injury experience
• Willing to work at volume (volume firm)
• Open to trying cases

Pay

$130,000 - $200,000 per year
