About the role

We are a well established plaintiff's firm that's very actively growing. Our practice areas include personal injury, workers' compensation, and employment law. We are a fully on-site firm, this position is in the office 5-days/week.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files as they go through their progression towards settlement or trials
• Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.

Requirements

• Must be a member of the local state bar
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school
• At least 3 years of personal injury experience
• Willing to work at volume (we are a volume firm)
• Open to trying cases

Pay

$130,000 - $200,000 per year

Schedule

Fully on‑site, office 5 days per week
