About the role

Personal Injury attorney for a very well established plaintiff's firm that is actively growing, with practice areas in personal injury, workers' compensation, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files as they progress toward settlement or trial
• Ensure clients understand the legal process they will undertake
• Draft all necessary documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case lifecycle
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and other proceedings

Requirements

• Active member of the local state bar
• JD from an accredited law school
• Minimum of three years of personal injury litigation experience
• Willingness to handle a high volume of cases
• Open to trying cases in court

Pay

$130,000 – $200,000 per year

Schedule

Fully on‑site position; required to work in the office five days per week.
