• Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
• Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations

Requirements:

• Licensed in 2 or more of these states: South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina
• Experience: 2-8 years in litigation, trial experience preferred

Schedule:

Full-time, remote position

Pay:

$150,000 - $300,000 range (Base plus Bonus)

Salary Based on Experience
