  • Maryland Bar admission in good standing
  • At least 18 months of substantive pre‑litigation or claims‑side personal injury experience
  • Demonstrated experience independently carrying and managing your own files
  • Experience handling auto and auto‑adjacent personal injury claims
  • Additional experience with premises liability and/or dog bite matters is a plus
  • Strong understanding of PIP, MedPay, UM/UIM, and policy limits demands
  • Comfortable negotiating directly with insurance adjusters
  • Strong client communication and case evaluation skills
  • Comfortable working in a high‑volume environment
  • Experience with AI drafting tools or willingness to learn

Benefits

  • 80% employer‑paid health insurance premiums
  • 401(k) match

Pay

Target compensation range: $90,000 – $150,000 per year. Base salary: $70,000–$100,000 depending on experience. Commission structure: 3% on pre‑suit resolutions, 5% on post‑suit or mediation resolutions, 8% on verdicts above the last written offer, and 30% origination commission on cases sourced outside the firm’s marketing and referral channels (replacing the resolution commission on those files).
